Unfortunately sometimes these things happen, however, we’re always happy to help.
If your Tasker doesn’t show up or they’re not responding to your messages, we recommend that you give them at least 24-48 hours to get back to you.
If they’re still unresponsive let them know via the in app MyTask private messaging system that you’ll be cancelling their offer on your Task.
Tap "More" next to their offer, "Unassign" and then the "Confirm" button.
Once cancelled, you’ll be 100% fully refunded automatically and you can then accept another Taskers offer.
Refunds can take anywhere between 3 hours to 3 business days to reach your account.
